- Mr. Rios is Director of Finance at Eightfold Real Estate Capital. He has more than 27 years of experience in accounting, finance and treasury, including more than 18 years related to commercial mortgage backed securities and real estate.
Prior to joining Eightfold, he served as Controller and FP&A Lead at Cable & Wireless Networks, a wholesale telecom service provider which owns and operates the largest fiber optic network in the Caribbean. His primary responsibility included general accounting with local team and those in Central, South America and the Caribbean. Additional finance responsibilities included leading short- and long-term strategic planning and analysis, as well as chairing the Finance & Administrative Committee for the Pacific Caribbean Cable System. Previously, Mr. Rios served as Director of Planning at LNR Partners, (“LNR”), the Real Estate Finance and Servicing Group of LNR Property where he led all processes supporting the short- and long-term planning of real estate investment securities.
Mr. Rios holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida International University.
