- Mr. Sandigo is the Finance Manager at Eightfold Real Estate Capital and has over ten years of experience in public and private accounting.
At Eightfold, he manages CMBS fund accounting, financial reporting, audit coordination, and finance operations across the firm's CMBS funds.
Prior to joining Eightfold, Mr. Sandigo served as an Experienced Senior in the Accounting Advisory & Outsourcing practice at BDO USA, P.C., where he specialized in providing outsourced accounting services to healthcare and hospitality clients. His responsibilities included monthly general ledger reviews and financial statement preparation.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Sandigo worked at the Parkinson’s Foundation, where he advanced from Staff Accountant to Accounting Manager. In that role, he supported audit preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, staff training, and various financial reporting initiatives in collaboration with the CFO and Controller.
Mr. Sandigo earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University.
