- Ms. Saint-Jean is currently an Analyst at Eightfold Real Estate Capital, having joined the firm in January 2024. She brings a solid foundation in real estate finance, investment banking, and strategic analysis.
Before joining Eightfold, Ms. Saint-Jean honed her expertise through internships with leading financial institutions, including ING, Deutsche Bank, and BNP Paribas Asset Management. At ING in Paris, she played a key role in analyzing financing requests, preparing credit applications, and monitoring an extensive real estate portfolio. During her time at Deutsche Bank in New York City, she rotated between the Large Loan Originations and Special Situations Groups, where she contributed to credit memos, asset reports, and presentations for significant transactions. Additionally, Ms. Saint-Jean’s experience at BNP Paribas Asset Management involved performing comprehensive credit analysis and presenting her findings to investment committees, helping to shape financing decisions.
Ms. Saint-Jean graduated from the Grande Ecole program with a Master’s in Management from ESCP Business School in Paris, France. She also holds a Bachelor’s in International Studies from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia.
