- Mr. Sarria is the Accounting Manager at Eightfold Real Estate Capital. He has 22 years of experience in accounting and finance areas of ultra-high net worth family offices and International Private Banks.
Prior to joining Eightfold, he served as the Senior Analyst at Credit Agricole & Investment Bank in Miami with blended responsibilities within Finance and Accounting. Previously, he was part of middle management at Santander Private Banking overseeing the banks general ledger, financial reporting systems, establishing SOX controls, implementing new banking applications and handling M&A deals. Mr. Sarria also assisted in Santander recovery efforts from the 2008 financials crisis where he was in charge of accounting for billions of fixed-income securities when the bank needed to raise capital.
Mr. Sarria holds Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida International University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
