- Mr. Santamarina is the Chief Financial Officer at Eightfold Real Estate Capital. He has more than 18 years of experience in accounting, treasury and operations primarily related to commercial mortgage backed securities and real estate.
Prior to joining Eightfold, he served as Senior Treasury Operations Manager at LNR Partners, (“LNR”), the Real Estate Finance and Servicing Group of LNR Property, where his primary responsibility was leading the treasury operation functions. This included managing $4.3B of debt/secured financing capacity, debt covenant compliance, collateral and derivative settlement and financial reporting. Previously, Mr. Santamarina served as Corporate Accounting Manager for WATSCO, Inc., the largest distributor of air conditioning, heating and refrigeration equipment in the HVAC/R distribution industry. His responsibilities included general accounting, treasury, compliance and internal and external financial reporting on a consolidated level.
Mr. Santamarina holds a Masters and Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida International University.
